Level of compliance
This site was built aiming for conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, the technical standard referenced by European standard EN 301 549 and, through it, by Directive (EU) 2019/882 on the accessibility of products and services, transposed in Spain by Ley 11/2023, of 8 May.
The declared status is partial conformance: the site was designed following those guidelines and reviewed internally, but it has not yet undergone an external accessibility audit. Until that independent review exists, full conformance cannot be claimed.
What was taken into account
- Semantic structure with a proper heading hierarchy and identified regions.
- A skip link straight to the main content.
- The whole site can be operated with a keyboard, with the focus always visible.
- Colour contrast checked in both the light and the dark theme.
- Alternative text on meaningful elements; decorative ones are hidden from screen readers.
